2010 Screen Actor's Guild Awards winners
The date for one of the film industry’s most respected awards ceremonies has been announced and Saturday 23 January 2010 will see the A-list take to the red carpet once again to celebrate the winners and nominees of this year’s Screen Actor’s Guild Awards.
2009 saw Slumdog Millionaire walk off with the night’s big Oscars and its stars Freida Pinto and Dev Patel, along with director Danny Boyle, were catapulted into international stardom.
Hollywood legend took home the Outstanding Actress In A Lead Role award for her barnstorming performance in Doubt while Sean Penn bagged the Best Actor nod for his role in Milk. Kate Winslet was named the Outstanding Actress In A Supporting Role while Heath Ledger was posthumously honoured with the Outstanding Actor In A Supporting Role for his amazing portrayal as the Joker in Christopher Nolan’s The Dark Knight.
